At RP Strength, we want to ensure you have the best tools for your fitness journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your physical merchandise, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
